Bird found dead with H5N1

HONG KONG: HONG KONG reported yesterday officials had found a dead oriental magpie robin that tested positive for the deadly H5N1 virus. Dr Thomas Sit, acting director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation, announced the finding in a brief news release that provided no further information about the bird. The last such case of H5N1 in Hong Kong was reported about a year ago.
