PETALING JAYA: It was the ultimate social outing for dog owners and their four-legged friends at the fifth Malaysia K9 day yesterday.

For 28-year-old Martin Lee and his golden retriever Snoopy, this was the best time to display their loyalty towards their favorite football team.

Dressed in matching bright red jerseys and shorts, complete with sunglasses, master and dog looked every inch the die-hard Liverpool fans that they are.

"Snoopy loves to play football and he is a good goalkeeper. We're great Liverpool fans so we thought we should show it."

Snoopy's outfit came from a pasar malam.

Snoopy also won the first prize in the 2008 Dog Beauty Pageant in the large-breed category.
