LOH from Petaling Jaya is unhappy with the way a home for special children along SS24/10, Taman Megah handles a Rottweiler puppy.

“The puppy barks all day because it is on a very short leash,” she says.

The children take the puppy for walks and LOH is concerned whether they are trained to handle a dog of this pedigree.

“As the dog gets bigger, it will become very difficult to handle. That will place not only the children but residents in the area at risk,” adds LOH.

● ZAINUN Zakaria, public relation officer with Petaling Jaya City Council, says they will look into the matter.

“We will also check on the condition of the puppy and whether it is looked after properly,” she adds.
