Leaflets on bird flu for residents |

IPOH: The Perak MCA will print 5,000 leaflets on the avian flu for distribution to residents in the affected areas. Its chairman Datuk Ong Ka Chuan said the leaflets would be made available in three languages “within the week”. “The leaflet will include such information as the signs and symptoms of bird flu, as well as website addresses of health and agricultural authorities. |
“It will also outline the steps to take to avoid contracting bird flu,” he told reporters at the Ipoh Chinese Tai Pak Koong Temple at Treacher Street here yesterday.
