SPCA to hold Treasure Hunt

THE Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is organising an inaugural SPCA Treasure Hunt to raise funds for its animal shelter and pet adoption centre in the Klang Valley. 

Themed Animal Lovers Unite and scheduled for Aug 10, the Treasure Hunt will flag off at Hotel Armada in Petaling Jaya and will take participants to scenic routes in the Klang Valley.  

“We hope to draw 50 cars or at least 200 participants of all ages and backgrounds to this event,” said SPCA, Selangor vice chairman Christine Chin. 

“We are targeting that every participating car will take a prize home. To make the event even more exciting and memorable for the participants, we are currently sourcing for more sponsors and hope to secure as many sponsorships as possible,“ she added. 

Among the key sponsors to date are Lufthansa, Guinness Anchor Berhad, Purina Petcare (M) Sdn Bhd, Hotel Armada, Bon Ton Resort Langkawi, Shell, Projet, Sin Chew Jit Poh, Utusan Malaysia and Pet World Magazine.

Completed entry forms must be submitted by July 15.
