Often used for police & guard work. Height 21-25", weight 55-75 lbs. Energetic (good jumpers), gentle & fun loving, but some females may be aggressive. Coat is short, straight & shiny & lies smooth & close to body. Needs only occasional brushing & bathing. Colour is fawn (ranging from light tan to mahagony) or brindle (with heavy to light black stripping). White markings on muzzle, chest & legs. Life span: 8-10 years
