Origin: Myanmar. Also called the "Sacred Cat of Burma". Looks very similar to Balinese, but rather larger & huskier. Thick, stocky body, legs & paws. Round ears. Distinctive sapphire blue eyes. Long, smooth, silky pointed coat. Pale white or cream colour with darker points on face, legs & tail generally in seal (dark brown), chocolate, lilac & blue. Paws are snowy white &, ideally, the fur is tinged with gold. Tail medium in length & end in long, silken plume. Known for their charming temperament. Very affectionate. Playful. Great pet for households with children. Average litter size: 6. Life span: > 15 years.
