  • Organize educational tours within specific time according to planned schedule.

  • Give guidance that can be easily understood by clients.

  • Strive to provide presentation of highest quality in each and every exhibition participated.

     
  • Send letter of acknowledgment within 3 days from date received.

  • Take action on all correspondence within 7 days.

  • Attend to all clients in a friendly manner.

  • Cases in clinic handled within 15 minutes after registration.

  • Field cases handled on the same day upon receiving call or on the following day at the latest.

  • Provide precise information and advisory services. If information cannot be provided on the same day it's requested, it should be conveyed not later than 7 days.

  • Give guidance that can be easily understood by clients.

  • Supervise development of grazing reserves and livestock projects with full responsibility.

  • Send reports according to schedule or whenever required.

     

  • Ascertain and carry out herd health programme in the State. Campaign in each district will last for 12 days.

  • Commitment in giving out prompt, competent and satisfactory services.

  • Ensure prompt action taken whenever there's a disease outbreak to avoid its spread. Disease should be controlled within 2 weeks.

  • Ensure precise and updated information received and put into book form within 2 weeks.

  • Serious cases should not take more than 4 days.

  • Surgery on pets with appointments to be done on same day; and for emergencies, within the hour.

  • Equipped with facilities and a clean, comfortable waiting place.

  • Provide services with full responsibility.

     

  • Immediate investigation upon receiving complaints from public regarding illegal slaughter activities.
  • Immediate action taken upon those conducting cruelty to animals upon receiving complaints.
  • Ensure fresh meat sold in market comes from approved abattoirs.
     
  • All payments processed and receipts issued within 30 minutes.

  • All inquiry pertaining to regulations of sale of farm livestock attended to within 30 minutes.

  • Send letter of acknowledgement within 7 days from date received by farm.

  • Provide precise information and advisory services. If information cannot be provided on the day of request, it should be conveyed within 7 days.

  • Give guidance that can be easily understood by clients.

  • Collection of milk from farmers at specific time on condition certain tests passed.

  • Payment of milk collected according to grade based on quality and hygienic level of milk. Payment settled not later than 10th of following month.

  • Supply of cattle for each application approved within 3 months  from date of approval.

  • Approval of applications for compensation complete with details and which fulfill specified conditions to be processed within 2 months from date of receipt of application.

  • Always sensitive to services needed by clients and proceed to serve competently and effectively.

  • Artificial insemination services attended to on the same day, if heat is detected in the afternoon.

  • With reference to breeding policy, semen used for artificial insemination should be from breed of farmers' choice, whenever possible.

  • Pregnancy diagnosis to be carried out 3 months after insemination service.

  • Fertility tests and treatment of clinical cases concerning breeding to be carried out within 2 hours from time of request.
